How much does food delivery cost in the Gili Islands?
Delivery fees are typically in the range of 30,000 IDR. All fees are clearly shown in the Palmz app before you confirm your order.
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 40-45 minutes. Since the Gili Islands are small and vehicle-free, deliveries by bicycle are efficient. Peak times (lunch 12-2pm and dinner 6-8pm) may take slightly longer. You’ll get notification updates on your order.
Can I get food delivered to the beach?
Yes! One of Palmz's unique features is beach delivery. Whether you're watching the sunset on the west side of Gili T or relaxing at a beach club on Gili Air, we can deliver to you. Just provide clear location details in your order notes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Palmz accepts cash on delivery for your food and drinks orders and credit/debit cards, bank transfer, QRIS and OVO digital wallet through the app (for bookings only).
Is food delivery available on all three islands?
Not yet! Palmz food delivery is currently available on Gili Trawangan only, with Gili Air Coming soon. Select your current island when opening the app, and you'll see all available restaurants for that location.
What are the delivery hours?
Most restaurants deliver from 11am-10pm daily. Some breakfast spots start deliveries as early as 8am, and a few late-night options deliver until closer to 11pm, especially on Gili Trawangan.

Do I need to tip delivery drivers?
Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. If you'd like to tip your courier, you can give cash upon delivery. Tips of 5,000-10,000 IDR are common for good service.
Can I order from multiple restaurants at once?
Currently, each order must be from a single restaurant. However, you can place multiple separate orders through the app if you want food from different places.
